Minor Ball Wraps Up Season

FFCR Minor Ball had a great season with close to 100 players from their youngest Blastball players to the oldest Pee Wees. Once again, they  were affiliated with Baseball Saskatchewan and Baseball Canada by implementing the National Rally Cap Program.

Similarly structured like swim lesson badges, the Rally Cap program focuses on skill development that correlates to a certain colored hat. The first color is a white hat, then grey, black, green, blue and finally a red hat. When players had mastered the skills required at each level, they were presented with their hats during the last week of play. Thank you so much to the coaches and volunteers for their hard work this season. As a further bonus, Dairy Queen, the national Rally Cap sponsor, provided our players with free rally cap t-shirts!
