The Habitat 53° Chapter of Habitat for Humanity is holding a Communities Yard Sale on Saturday at their ReStore at the Armories site next to Twin Motors.  Store Manager Kathy McCormick says they are looking for people who want to rent a spot in front of the ReStore for ten dollars to sell items from their vehicle or table. She adds they will also have barbeques set up with smokies, perogies and drinks available for a monetary donation.  She says if you are interested in renting a spot you can call her at 204-687-6582 adding the yard sale will run from 11 to 1 Saturday.

Whether you’re selling or buying at the yard sale you can also visit the ReStore where they accept donations of building material, some appliances, furniture, cupboards and other gently used or discontinued items which they are selling at reasonable prices to help build a home for a low income working family.

The ReStore is open Fridays from 1 to 4 and Saturdays from 10 to 3 until the end of September.
