As we  start  to make the transition from Fall to Winter, we will soon  be starting to get ready for the Christmas season.

It can be a stressful time of the year, especially with the cost of groceries these days. Once again the Salvation Army will be there to help individuals and families in need with Christmas Hampers

Nelly Brown lets us know the dates to apply. " So far we have Hamper Registration dates on November the 12th and 13th and the following week on the 16th,17th and 18th from 10am to noon and again from 1 to 3pm. The person who is registering can come to 3 Hemlock Drive and register in person or you can phone 204-687-7812."

You are asked  to bring one piece of ID when you come to register and a reminder that Soup Days continue at the St James, St Peter’s Anglican Church on Monday’s and Friday’s  between 11:30 and 12:30pm.
