There is always lots of events happening at the Flin Flon Public Library and it is a busy October.

Library Administrator Lisa Slugoski informs us of a friendly challenge taking place with The Pas. " So October is Canadian Library Month,  and to celebrate we challenged the Pas Regional Library to a Checkout Challenge. The Library that checks out the most books in the Library and on the Libby App in the month of October,  will win a Pizza Party paid for  by the other Library."

A few of the other events taking place this month include a Enchanted Tea Party celebrating the pre release of A Court Of Splintered Harmony, this Sunday between 2 and 4pm. There will be tea, treats. Giveaways as they celebrate the world of Acotar.

You can also register for an introduction to AI. They  will be discussing what AI is, what it can do, and best practices for spotting it. This is a practical guide for the curious, concerned, and connected adult. No technical background required. Register today by emailing FFPL@SHAW.CA or stopping by the library.
