Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will drive organizational excellence, strengthen workforce sustainability, advance health system transformation, and foster strong partnerships across Indigenous communities, governments, healthcare teams, and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will hold an active presence across the NHR Regional Offices located in Thompson, The Pas, and Flin Flon.
