The Norva Centre is ready for September with a lot of fun filled events including something new this Fall.
You are welcome to participate in the Smalls Under 100 Auction with the submission deadline is September the 18th.
Acting Gallery Manager Laura Bryson explains how this auction will work. " Artists or anyone can donate artwork that needs to be 8 by 10 or smaller and can include painting,drawings, ceramics, fabric,felting, beeding, knitting, wood carving or stain glass. Norva also has 8 by 10 canvasses that can be purchased for $5,00. Bidding dates start on September the 22nd and go til October the 30th at 2pm. Once the items reach $99.00 they will be sold."
This will take over for the Square Foot Auction that the Norva Centre normally runs and is one of their biggest fundraisers of the year. You can stop by Norva to pick up a registration form or e-mail them at norvacentre@gmail.com.
