We are only a few weeks away from the Northern Manitoba musical extravaganza Blue Berry Jam which will take place at the Flin Flon Campground starting August the 7th.
Mark Kolt from the organizing committee stopped by the CFAR studio yesterday and talked about some sponsorship opportunities. " One of the first deadlines we are coming up against is the deadline for anyone who wants to sponsor and get physical recognition on the stage. It takes a little time to put together banners and those little plaques and that sort of thing. We are calling on anybody really who would like to make a donation. We are reaching out to the different business's and a lot of them have had letters and personal contact at this point. A lot of them have committed already."
