Students Received Their Diplomas At Hapnot Collegiate On Friday

Students at Hapnot Collegiate were awarded for their hard work and accomplishments this past Friday with the 2026 grad ceremony.

 

A total of 38 students received their diplomas and 75 bursaries and scholarships were handed out.

 

The largest awards,  the Governor General Bronze Medal for academic standing and Hudbay W.A. Green Bursary for the student with the highest average went to Tofunmi Joseph.

 

The William B Friesen Memorial Scholarship for pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in the direction of Natural Sciences went to Scott Lytwyn and Tieryn Fisher.

 

Ray Daneliuk Memorial Trades Bursaries were presented to Drayden Lowe, Mason McIntire and Corey Rideout.

 

The Burbidge Memorial Bursary is an award for heart, perseverance, and meaningful contribution to others, exhibits strong character and integrity and for someone pursuing further education , apprenticeship or work place training was presented to Drew Rideout.
