The Village of Denare Beach is assessing the current recovery needs of the community from last year’s wildfires.

Updated Needs Assessment forms will be distributed by mail to all the residents of Denare Beach. Deputy Mayor Karen Thompson explains why it is important that these forms get filled out and returned a.s.a.p.

" Well it is important to do it because if you are still in need of assistance through the Provincial Disaster program,  or you require housing, it is important for those forms to be filled out. Otherwise we won't recognize that you are in need of those services, so it is very crucial that if you are in need to fill out those forms."

If you don’t receive a form in the mail you can pick one up at the Denare Beach Village office. Once forms are filled out,  you can return them to the Village Office or e-mail them to denarebeach@sasktel.net. The hours at the office are 9am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 1:30pm on Fridays.
