The Flin Flon Chamber of Commerce will be holding a meeting this Thursday night called Chamber Forward to discuss the future of the Chamber in Flin Flon as well as a number of other topics.
Chamber President Becky Cianflone has the details. " We have a couple of objectives for Thursday, and one of them is to hear from local business people and community members about a few key questions. What drives our local economy,and are we well connected with our local governments? Are our communities business ready? The other piece we are going to talk about is what is a Chamber and importance of a Chamber? The Flin Flon Chamber specifically, what are some of the things we are involved with?"
The meeting will take place Thursday night between 6:30 and 8:30 pm at City Council Chambers , and will include a featured guest Chuck Davidson the President and CEO of the Manitoba Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber will also be holding a full day AI Foundation Session at Flin Flon City Hall on Friday between 9am and 3:30pm.
