On April 10th , officers were called to a restaurant on Main Street on a report of a male causing a disturbance.
Officers arrived on scene and noted the suspect was still inside. They were advised that he had jumped over the counter and began throwing items around and damaging property.
The suspect was placed under arrest for causing a disturbance and mischief however he refused to comply with demands made by the officers.
After a brief struggle with police, the suspect was safely taken into custody with no injuries reported.
RCMP have charged a 21-year-old male with Disturbing the peace, Mischief x2, Theft under $5000 and Fail to comply with release order conditions.
He was released for a court appearance scheduled for May 14th in Flin Flon.
