A new Regional Health Committee has been created for residents of Flin Flon, Creighton and Denare Beach to be able to deal with various health concerns and work together.

This committee will work directly with the NRHA by making sure your concerns and needs are being met. Chair person Dan Hlady says this committee has long been over due.

“I think it came together just from the voice of residents in the area just with some frustrations that they felt you know with the health care system. And I think the joint committee of Denare Beach, Flin Flon, Creighton, PBCN included. You know, we wanted to hear from the general public what their concerns are. Because not just one person but if that problem happens with others we might not hear it and we’re trying to look out for the best interest of everyone in our communities.”
