The Flin Flon Public Library is offering another free reading challenge for you and your kids to get in the habit of reading books.

The challenge is called Read 1000 Books Before You Start Kindergarten and Library Administrator Lisa Slugoski explains how it works. " This is aimed for pre school children,  and you can start as soon as your baby is old enough that you can read them a book. For every 100 books you read with your child you get a prize and you get a certificate when you get to 1000 books. You can do the program more than once as we have had quite a few people do it more than one time. It really is just to promote early child literacy."

 You can register by going to the link on the Flin Flon Public Library website  at flinflonpubliclibrary.org, or stop by in person Tuesday and Wednesday 11am to 6:30pm, Thursday to Saturday 11am to 5pm .
