The Neighborhood Revitalization Committee is looking to do a community consultation and find out what people in Flin Flon would like them to do and get a sense on how they can proceed with a 5 year plan.

One of the steps moving forward will be the Neighborhood Revitalization  Board hiring a consultant/facilitator to help put together a plan. Executive Director Laurence Gillespie explains what type of person they are looking for.  

" We are looking for someone who is dynamic, intelligent, creative and is personal and can engage with people in a positive way. Someone who is easy to work with and has a sense of humour. We also need someone who has a sense of what these type of organizations need to do to connect with the community. It is a person who can handle working on their own and they will have to pick up the ball and carry it for this project."
