As part of the Bust the Winter Blues Festival the Border Explorers Snowmobile Club will be holding their annual Frozen Aces Poker Derby Sunday.  The Club’s John Trumbley says registration is from 10 to 12 at the Creighton Tourism Center.  He says they start out from the Center and ride out the north trail to Denare Beach.  On the north trail there’s a warm up shack where they’ll have a fire and you’ll roll some dice for your number and then continue on to the Alpine where the next one will be. You’ll then come back on the south trail where there will be no check stops and ride back to the Tourist Center where you’ll do your next two picks.

Prizes range from 400 dollars for first to 100 for fourth.  For ghost rider sheets or more information you can call 688-7159 or 688-6087.
