The Flin Flon Creighton Seniors Support Services  are looking for interesting stories from all seniors in the Flin Flon and surrounding  area to help document some of the rich history from our communities  over the last 100 years.

Shauna Rutherford who is the Seniors Resource Coordinator explains. " Seeking seniors that would be willing to share their stories or tell me a little about what their adventures have been in the community. We are also looking for strories of  what brought them to the community. Our goal is to hire a student or a younger generation person  from University or that age group that would might be interested and might be a history buff. We are looking for someone who would like to connect with these people and collect information."

These stories will be collected and shared within the community through radio podcasts, social media and print form. This project’s funding was made  available by Age Friendly Manitoba.
