Royal Manitoba Theatre Rolling Into Flin Flon

We are a little more than a week away from the Manitoba Theatre Centre’s production of Hockey Mom and Hockey Dad.

Crystal Woodward on behalf of the Flin Flon Arts Council tells us it is a story of two single parents  who bring their kids to the rink to play hockey and end up meeting each other which  ends up turning into a romantic love tale.

Woodward also mentioned they still need some volunteers to help out. " We need some support with set up and take down. So this is paid help, you will receive an honorarium and this will take place between 1:30 pm and 11:30 pm. It is pretty late and a lot of work, but we could deinately use some support if you could meet us at the Community Hall for that."

The show takes place on Thursday March the 5th   at 7:30pm  and if you could help with the set up and take down, reach out to Crystal at 204-687-5974 or e-mail flinflonartscouncil@gmail.com. Tickets for the show are $40.00 for adults and $25.00 for youth and can be picked up by going to the Flin Flon Arts Council website, or in person at the Uptown Emporium or at the door.
