Kississing Lodge is going to honor some amazing firefighters with their 2025 Cast It Forward Initiative.
Kississing Lodge was accepting nominations on their website the past few months and have announced who the honorees are going to be.
They want to acknowledge the Flin Flon Firefighters locally and the firefighters who travelled to help save the community in June.
26 different firefighters from Flin Flon have been selected as well as the father son duo of Paul and Ray Rossington who stayed behind during the evacuation to support firefighting efforts using their heavy equipment. Their willingness to help did not go unnoticed.
Kississing Lodge will also recognize Canadian Recipients Philippe Rouleau and James Bright, and American Recipient Eric Cracraft.
All of these exceptional fire fighters will be honoured at Kississing Lodge on July the 17th to the 21st during Firefighter Appreciation Week.
