Santa Clause Parade A Big Success

The annual Santa Clause Parade hosted by the U-11 Northland Ford Bombers was well attended and a big success this past Thursday night.

The parade took place on Flin Flon’s Main street with both Santa and the Grinch in attendance. Greg Kritzer is the U-11 Head Coach and appreciates everyone who came out on a cold December night. " Main street was lined with kids, it was loud and everyone was screaming and trying to get Santa's attention. He was in good spirits on the back of the float. We had 22 floats this year which is right up there with some of the biggest parades that I have had the pleasure of planning. It was chilly but everyone had a good time, there was lots of noise, good music, and it seemed like it was exactly what we all hoped it to be."

Kritzer wanted to thank all the sponsors, parents, young hockey players, fire department, RCMP, everyone who entered a float and everyone who came out to watch. They look forward to hosting the event again next year.
