On November 11th, Thompson RCMP were advised of an injured male who attended to a residence on McGill Place seeking medical assistance.

Officers immediately attended to the address and located the injured 27-year-old male who was subsequently transported to the hospital where he later underwent surgery and is now reported to be in stable condition.

The preliminary investigation uncovered that the victim had been stabbed by a 22-year-old male who fled the area.

As a result of this assault, RCMP have issued a warrant of arrest out for 22-year-old Brayden Charlette, of Thompson, who has been charged with Aggravated assault.
