Throughout the month of October and into early November, Northland Ford held their 11th annual We Scare Hunger Campaign to help out the Lord’s Bounty Food Bank.
Mike Slipp wants to thank the community for their generous support.
“...the Scare Hunger campaign was a great success. This year is probably, if not our best, very very close to our best. Allison Dallas-Funk, over at the Food Bank, mentioned she thinks we have 8 months worth of food for the Food Bank and so, how could you beat that’s fantastic. So, we had a lot of support of course from the great communities of Creighton, Denare Beach, Flin Flon and surrounding areas.”
When it was all said and done, Northland Ford filled up the back of two F-150’S and an F-250 and delivered the food to the Food Bank.
Northland Ford would also like to thank Twin Motors, the North of 53 CO-OP, Creighton Kodiaks, Flin Flon Bombers and all the schools in the area for coming through with donations.
