Members of Flin Flon City Council will be heading to Prince Albert tomorrow for the Saskatchewan Municipalities Association Meeting for Northern Saskatchewan communities.

Deputy Mayor Alison Dallas Funk and Councillor Mike Slipp will be representing Flin Flon and Slipp mentions some of the topics that will be covered. " They talk about some of the partners for SUMA, these are companies that they use to proceur equipment and things like that and get good deals for municipalities. We talk about how they govern SUMA, the board of directors. There is networking and we have a regional discussion to talk about things that have gone on in the last year  in your area.  As  we know there were some big things that went on in our area so I am sure we will talk about that."

Besides members of Flin Flon’s City Council there will also be representatives from Creighton and Denare Beach attending as well as many other communities across Northern Saskatchewan.
