Churchill MP Niki Ashton reports over the past few weeks she has traveled throughout the riding including visiting winter road communities and she will continue to visit these communities on the winter roads in February and March.

Ashton says people expressed concerns about health care, unequal funding for education, third world housing conditions, youth programming, pension reform, the Senate Scandal, Canada Post Cuts and many other issues.  She says she is committed to raising these issues in Parliament.

Ashton adds this week she started speaking out against Canada Post cuts that will affect all our communities in the north.
