Judging for the Village of Lights took place on the weekend.  Judges toured Denare Beach on Saturday evening to judge the Christmas lights and displays that were put out.  The winners were first Lorraine and Chad McPherson of 9 Ohoo Road and second Art Jordan of 417 First Street,

              The annual contest was sponsored by the Village of Denare Beach and Bayside Resort.
