The Flin Flon Credit Union and Flin Flon Insurance celebrated International Credit Union Day on October the 16th by announcing the last nine recipients of the Community Enrichment Grants for 2025.
This year started with a pool of $35,300 to grant and after awarding $17,030 in April, the committee was able to provide another $18,000 to worthy projects this October. Here are the latest recipients.
Cranberry Portage Artisan Market, Border Explorers, Flin Flon Pottery Club, Flin Flon Guidance Nursery, Little Athapap Cottage Association and Flin Flon and Creighton Area SPCA, all receiving $25,00.00. Cranberry Portage Lakefront Revitalization Committee, Northern Growing Abilities and Ruth Betts all receiving $1,000.00.
