After a fairly quiet summer the Wahkohtowin Trails Committee are ready to get back into the swing of things and will be hosting a meeting tonight.

Christine Williams invites you to come out and find out more about what they do and have accomplished. " We really just welcome anyone who has an interest in trails to come on out and hear what we have to say. We are going to go over where we are with the Phantom Trail and what the next steps are. We are going to talk about what is happening with  the Creighton Trail. Three of our committee members were able to travel down to Riding Mountain National Park last weekend and attend the Manitoba Trail Talks. We got a lot of valuable information and learned lots of great stuff. We also hiked some amazing trails and made a lot of good connections."

The meeting will take place tonight at the Creighton Recreation and Tourism Office starting at 7pm. If you are interested in getting involved, this would be a good meeting to attend. You can also just show up to offer a suggestion or listen in.
