It was a very busy summer in Flin Flon with lots of road construction and upgrades to Flin Flon’s Main Street.

Director Of Works and Operations Mike Funk was a guest on the CFAR City Beat Show this past Wednesday and provided updates on what is being done right now.  " There are some big improvements going on the intersection of Fourth and Main. Last summer we started our infrastructure program, following that, MTI, which is the province  continue to work on their intersection  upgrades. There are new foundations put in for the new light standards should be coming in this week or next week. Following that we will look at having that intersection paved."
