The Women’s Safe Haven and Resource Centre are presenting Walk A Mile In Her Shoes tomorrow afternoon which was rescheduled from earlier this summer due to the wildfires.

Ally Klippel says registration has gone well and even if you are not  walking you can still come down and enjoy some family activities.

" Things are looking really good, we are really excited and we have had a lot of participation coming back. So the postponement actually did us some good. At our event we are going to have the walk itself, all our participants , all of our men walking in the shoes for everyone to watch. We are also going to have live entertainment, a barbecue, some free kids games, face painting and things like that."
