After a very successful Rubber Duck Race which took place a few weeks ago at the Wallace Street Bridge, Teen Challenge in Flin Flon is ready for their next fundraiser.
Kandie Lagore the Development Director talks about their next big event coming up in November. " We are inviting everyone to come and be part of our fall fundraising event dinner. This is an annual event that we have each year and we encourage you to come and be part of a story. Essentially everyone that comes to this is helping change lives. As you know our whole goal is to help people struggling with addiction , whether it is day to day encouragement or people living on the street and just need to get support and encouragement to go into a program."
It will take place on Friday November the 7th at the Creighton Community Hall with doors opening at 5 and the event at 6pm. Besides the dinner, they will also hold the popular Dessert Auction.
