The Flin Flon Fire Department will once again be holding their annual Boot Drive today on Third Avenue across from KFC.

Damian Dominey the President of the local Flin Flon Firemen explains where this year’s proceeds will be going.  " So normally we sit down and select a local charity. With this year's wildfires, we lost a few things and we realized a few things we were missing. So this year we are going to be doing it in support of our wildfire efforts,  and we are going to be looking at some options that we need."

It will take place between 9am and 4pm and they will have a road block set up and will keep traffic flowing as smoothly  as they can. You can donate cash and this year they will also  be setup with debit so you will able to tap donations as well.
