The Flin Flon Arts Council is getting ready for a busy fall with a number of programs and events that they will be involved with and promoting.
Crystal Woodward dropped by the CFAR studio last Thursday and one of the things she touched on was the Uptown Emporium and a chance to see what they offer at the upcoming Artisan Market in Cranberry.
" Yes we have paintings, even photography, lots of wood carvings and copper work. We have some cloths for hanging on your stove and some hand towels that are all hand made and beautiful."
They are also working very hard preparing for Culture Days which will include Beaver City Tours and a Boreal Forest this year. They are also excited that Country singer Quinton Blair will be coming to town in October. You can check out all the Arts Council events by going to flinflonartscouncil.ca.
