You are invited to attend an open house today at the UCN Nursing building at 68 Main street in Flin Flon.

This will be a chance to find out more about the Health Care Aide program that UCN will be offering later this fall. The Dean for the Faculty of Health Cindy Woodhouse explains. " We are going to be talking about the Certified Health Care Aid program that we are going to be running from September til the beginning of February. Applications are still being accepted so it is a really good time to find out about the program and how anyone who is interested can apply. The program features flexible class room options as well. So for anyone who is already working as a uncertified health care aid,  we want to really explain how prior learning recognition is available to support the pathway to certification."

The Open House will go between 10am and 2pm today and you can come meet the instructional team, enjoy some refreshments, tour the new facility  and learn more about the program.
