The Flin Flon Friendship Centre is once again hosting a summer day camp called Camp Moochikun which will run for two weeks starting on Monday July the 21st.
Brianne Roberts is the camp coordinator and tells us this will be a unique camp. " We are going to be introducing culture, land based projects and taking the kids out a lot. We will be doing crafts, teaching then about mental, spiritual and emotional health and how to manage their inner being. A lot of connecting with the Earth and connecting with each other."
Camp Moochikun will be run out of Ruth Betts Gym, Monday to Friday 9 to 4 and is free to enter for kids ages 5 to 9. Registration starts today by calling Brianne at 431-346-0849. There are limited spots available.
