Community Futures Greenstone is giving kids in the community a chance to come down to Pioneer Square for the rest of summer and enjoy water- balloons, toys, games and snacks with Fun Days On Main.
The Flin Flon Neighborhood Revitalization Corporation is helping sponsor the event and Lawrence Gillespie looks forward to bringing some life to the Uptown area. " Well our board thought it was a really good idea , the FFNRC is really supposed to be behind community events and particularly free family ones like this one is. This as I understand it from talking to the people at Greenstone , is they are going to bring some life to Main Street and make it fun for kids at the same time. It is all about getting people back and enjoying the uptown area and finding things to do."
This will take place every single Thursday for the rest of the summer starting next week July the 17th. This event is being held in conjunction with the Main Street Revitalization Committee.
