The Hooter in Creighton will be hosting a benefit concert this weekend to celebrate our hometown heroes and raise money to help rebuild initiatives.

Rikki Odua is the organizer and is looking forward to bringing all three communities together and pay tribute to the local fire departments and people who kept us safe.  " I think I got a feel when we were evacuated that everyone wanted to thank the firefighters,  and wanted some way to get together and socialize and see each other again. What better way to do that than support our own community and help those people who need to rebuild and regroup."

The night will start with a meat draw courtesy of the  SPCA at 6pm followed by beer gardens at 7 featuring 6 different bands with all the proceeds going towards the local fire departments. Local band Flinty’s Hammer will close down the night in the bar starting at midnight.
