The Flin Flon Lions Club is hosting their annual Walk For Dog Guides this Sunday at Flinty’s Boardwalk. This is annual event that takes place right across the country to provide any Canadian who requires  a dog guide to  get one  free of charge.

Jan Nichol the local chairperson of the event gives us the details. " Registration is at 10am, the dog walk is at 11 followed by a dog show at noon. There is also going to be a garage sale going on, water for the handlers and dogs and free dog treats. The dog show has prizes, ribbons for the handlers and dog toys for the dogs."
