Flin Flon is getting ready to celebrate 40 plus years of French Immersion here in our community with a big event happening at Ecole McIsaac school tomorrow night.

Resource Teacher and the President Of Canadian Parents For French, Flin Flon Chapter, Vanessa Whitbread has more.  " So Thursday evening  at 6pm the doors will open with raffles, 50/50 draw, maybe some popcorn and other snacks and then we will have child entertainment. So students are performing from 6:30 to 7, and then we will have Jordan Hanson. Jordan has been here before and he does some drumming,  and he does some audience engaging content, so we will have kids up there drumming. It will be a good time for everybody."

They are looking for volunteers to help out tomorrow and are also looking for some long time people to join their organization with more information available on their facebook page.
