Wildfires and evacuation orders are affecting mail and parcel delivery and pick up in Northern Manitoba.
The communities that are being directly affected right now include Wanless, Cormorant and Moose Lake.
Canada Post has suspended delivery to Wanless which includes both delivery and pick up til further notice, due to the evacuation of a wildfire. Canada Post will do their best to pick up mail for Moose Lake and Cormorant but expect delays.
The delivery service alerts will be posted and updated on their Delivery service alerts webpage and on their @canadaposthelps X account, formerly Twitter.
