University College Of The North held tours and were able to provide information on different programs which will be coming to the college in Flin Flon beginning in the fall.

The Open House took place on Tuesday and Kylie McKinnon who is the Academic Advisor for Health programs,  was very  happy with the amount of interest that they received.  " Today we had quite  a few people stop by to talk to us about our up coming programming in the fall. So we are going to be running a new program in Flin Flon this year,  the Health Care Aide program is back and we did get a few applications today for that. We are also going to be taking applications for again for the Diploma In Practical Nursing program which we have been running for the last few years."

They will be accepting applications for both these programs til the end of July and is open to students who have completed grade 12 as well as any uncertified health care aid.
