It is Smile Cookie Week happening at Tim Horton’s right across the country including the location in our community at the Creighton Petro Can.
The proceeds from the Creighton location will be donated to Creighton School this year and the Community School Coordinator Deanna Petrash tells us what they will be using this year’s proceeds for.
" Well it is Smile Cookie Week going on this week at Tim Hortons, so with a purchase of a cookie for $2.00 the proceeds will go towards Creighton Community school. The money will all go towards educational programming for the kids. We applied for the Smike Cookie campaign and they chose us as the recipients this year."
The cookies are once again just $2.00 a piece and Creighton School will receive 100 % of the proceeds from the sales.They have a new recipe this year, so make sure you stop by and try one. It will take place for the rest of this week til Sunday May the 4th.
