Johnny’s Social Club in Flin Flon is excited to welcome back world renowned musician Alan Gerber for a big show this weekend.
Alan has performed all over the world including Flin Flon three times before. One of the organizers Greg East talks about some of the famous artists that Allen has been able to open up for through out his career.
" Bob Dylan, BB King, Van Morrison, Janis Joplin, John Lee Hooker and Brownee Mghee so he has been around for a while. He cut his first 45 when he was 15 in 1961 and he cut his first album in 1971, a solo album. He also played with a band called Rhinoceros which was a professional musician band that one of the recording companies had put together. The man has talent and he is coming to your town."
Tickets are $25.00 and can be picked up at the Orange Toad. The show is this Friday May the 2nd with doors opening at 7:30 and the show at 8pm.
