SIIT will be offering a Guest Services Representative program in Creighton coming up later this summer. Brody Hooper who is one of the Job Coach’s gives us the details on what will be included in the program.
“The program prepares students to enter a wide range of different hotel operation positions. Like reservation, sales, front desk, tourism, visitor information, house-keeping, custodial, night audits...they will develop all their job skills and trade readiness, so that they’ll be ready to find entry level work. And at the end of the program we’re going to be having a two week work placement for the students to go and get practical experience...”
The program is being offered July 14th to September the 12th and you can register up to May the 30th by calling Brody at 306-688-1222 and get registered and set up with the Scott ticket. Admission requirements include Grade 10 or Adult 10, Valid Scott, reliable transportation and getting registered with your Job Coach.
