The Flin Flon Aqua Centre Volunteer Committee has extended the date for their latest raffle which includes items donated by Flin Flon Mayor George Fontaine.
Committee member Karen Mackinnon talks about the items that will be raffled. “...the big sled which is a varied favourite for the whole community, people love them, and a crib board, and a beautiful big trinket box, and a bird carved out of local trees which is nice. Anyways it’s on our Facebook page and the Rec page.”
The draw is now May the 6th and there are 400 lines. You can purchase a line for $10.00 or 6 for $50.00. E-Transfers are welcome and you can send them to webuildweswim@gmail.com. The Volunteer Committee will be announcing more raffles and events for the summer, so keep an eye on their Facebook page.
