Cranberry Portage is getting ready to host their third annual Winterfest event which will take place February the 20th to the 23rd.
This is going to be a winter festival that celebrates the cold with lots of great events for the whole family. Carleen Wolman shares the details. " On Monday the 17th , we will have our registration opening up. Most of the events are free but you still have to register including the kid's events and everything like that. Registration will close Friday at 4 and Thursday we will have a bingo at the Cranberry Legion at 7pm. We are still working on a couple of details that we have to confirm times for but on Friday we will have our opening ceremonies. After the opening ceremonies on Friday, we will have the start of the Pearl Anderson Memorial Mini Bonspiel and the Rick Murray Memorial Singles Cribbage Tournament."
