There is a very unique art exhibit which is being featured at the Norva Centre in Flin Flon for the month of January.
The exhibit is called A Show Of Hands and Megan Dupas talks about this nostalgic exhibit. " It is really interesting because wool is the medium and the artist is a francophone artist from Southern Manitoba named Rose Marie Peloquin. She sculpts with the wool , so there is a few three dimensional sculptures of hands doing different hand gestures and poses which are really cool. She also does artwork as well on sweaters."
You can check out the exhibit Tuesday to Friday 10 am to 5pm and Saturday from 12 to 4pm. Megan also wants to remind everyone that the Northern Juried Art Show is returning to Flin Flon on April the 10th to the 12th. Entry forms will soon be available on the Norva Centre website.
