If you are looking to make a change or start a fresh new career the UCN Mining Readiness program is coming to Flin Flon.
The Mining Readiness program offers hands on learning, covering topics like the fundamentals of Mining, Workplace Safety, and practical skills such as operating a forklift. It also incorporates virtual reality training for rock scaling and hoisting techniques and mine site tours.
It is a four week course that starts February the 10th at the Northern Manitoba Mining Academy in Flin Flon and comes with free tuition and materials.
