On December 20th at approximately 11:40 p.m., Nipawin RCMP received a report of a vehicle that was stuck in the ditch near Weirdale, SK.
Smeaton RCMP located the vehicle. Investigation determined the adult female driver left the scene on foot. Officers determined the woman was wanted on a warrant for driving while disqualified from Saskatoon Police Service and was subject to court-ordered curfew conditions.
They soon located her sitting in a vehicle in Nipawin. She was arrested. During a subsequent search of the vehicle, officers located and seized 262 grams of cocaine, a sum of currency and various pre-packaged drugs.
As a result of investigation, 43-year-old Dana McCulloch from White Fox is charged with:
Three counts on failing to comply with undertaking condition, possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose, possession of property obtained by crime less than $5000 as well as many other offenses.
McCulloch appeared in Melfort Provincial court Tuesday.
