UCN is looking forward to 2025 and will be offering different programs for people in Flin Flon and the surrounding areas.

UCN is bringing a Mining Readiness Program to Flin Flon in the new year which will focus on hands on learning and virtual reality while covering a variety of relevant topics. This is a four week course that will help get you your start in Mining and tuition and materials are free for successful applicants.

UCN will also be offering a Health and Safety Professional Certificate program. Dates will start in February and run til the end of June with classes running Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

The HSP program is designed to provide students with a solid base of occupational health and safety knowledge that will assist them with pursuing a career in Occupational Health and Safety.
