With 2025 just a few weeks away , Adult and Teen Challenge are starting to plan for their first big fundraiser of the new year.
The Sled For Eternity is back and will take place in Swan River at the Swan Valley Historical Museum on February the 22nd.
Candy Legore stopped by the CFAR studio on Thursday and tells us how this year’s event will work. " This year it has been changed to the Western Manitoba Sled For Eternity for two reasons. So our head team doesn't get burnt out going to all these different locations and be able to have a larger congregation of people together, all for one cause. It will also be an opportunity to enjoy other people's trails as well."
Early bird registration is taking place right now for $80.00, after January the 1st it will increase to $100.00. Posters are around town so you can scan the QR code or go to teenchallenge.tc. Lots of great prizes are up for grabs again this year including a 2025 Skidoo Expidition SE 900 Ace Turbo R.
