Tim Horton’s has chosen the Flin Flon Friendship Centre as this year’s Smile Cookie Charity for 2024 where they will donate proceeds from purchases of coffee and cookie sales.
Joe Anne Pelletier who is the Program Coordinator for the Friendship Centre lets us know what they will be using this year’s proceeds for. " We are really quite honored that we got chosen once again, as we were actually chosen last year and the proceeds went towards our shelter. This year the proceeds are going to our gift program. I encourage you guys when you are out to stop in and get a coffee, a cookie or maybe two or even buy a box and help support our gift program be successful."
You can go to Tim Horton’s November the 18th to the 24th to purchase your cookie and coffee and help out the 2024 gift program. The annual Christmas Gift Program helped 463 children receive gifts for Christmas in 2023.
